Saturday night we decided to go down to Point Pleasant to meet some friends and naturally Icouldn’t resist bringing my camera in hopes of some blue hour shots near the amusement park. Well, we ate dinner and then I had to go back to the car and get my camera and tripod. The sky was a beautiful pink and purple. Unfortunately I couldn’t get back to the park in time for the outstanding light but did manage this shot just as the sun was down over the horizon.
Started to expose for a about a 5 second shutter but the swing was moving much too fast. Rendered swingers damn near invisible. Managed this one at 2.5 seconds. Still a bit unrecognizable but you get the idea. I love shooting this time of night!
