Especially when it looks like this. I see this place every day on my way to work and finally stopped quickly to get a couple of shots. The best part of this place is the back porch but I was afraid to go back there with what looked like poison ivy. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
I hope to get out tomorrow morning and check out the damage down at the beach after this noreaster!

Do I need to come hold your hand for this? 😉
Great abandoned house. I wonder what the story is.
I’d be worried about more than poison ivy – snakes for one thing… and maybe a refugee from a late night horror flick….
Couple of hours with pruning shears, chain saw and a pick up truck and = all better! (I like things to be neat!)
Looks spooky but, I would love to peek inside!
Definitely creepy!
Looks like the trees and weeds are going to devour the house.
What a great capture!
LOVE this…love the perspective through the branches – it adds to the character of the house…I wish walls could talk, I would love to hear it’s story!
Mother Nature is taking her land back…
Fine toning, sad neglect though, that turned and rotting post was once pretty fancy. I wonder about the story too.
