Flip for Good….Strong for Health…

Themed 365 Project

Flip for Good is a fund raising event hosted by my brother Matt at his Center For Athletic Performance in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. Saturday approximately 50 people flipped tires for donations benefiting 2 local food banks here in Monmouth County. I have to first congratulate my brother for hosting such a fine event. His efforts in the promotion, execution, and civic mindedness of the event certainly did not go unnoticed with approximately 100 to 125 people in attendance and nearly $3000.00 in donations.  A shout out also needs to go to the members of the Monmouth Rugby team as well. These players, both men and women, showed their athleticism, determination and strength by flipping tires weighing from 250 to 600 pounds. In fact, this guy here flipped a 600 pound tire 20 times. Amazing!

Congrats to all, it was fun to photograph.

  1. Nice to get such a good turnout! This was a good choice for Simplify!! I takes out some of the distractions and lets the viewer focus on the subject. Very cool!
