There’s definitely action everywhere in New York City. On this occasion there was 2 guys who were performing a variety of dance moves and acrobatics which caught the attention of a small crowd outside the New York Public Library. After building up the suspense one of the guys jumped and flipped over 4-5 people lined up in a row. The crowd showed there appreciation through applause and donations. By the time we came back out of the library the crowd had dissipated.
Never a dull moment in New York City.
Buskers have to eat too!
Wonderful composition with its many layers from the performers in the foreground, to the crowd and up the building to the sky, and all this wrapped up in the warm glow of the sun shine.
Very well captured, Mike! It’s not easy capturing such a big crowd, but you did it very well.
How fun…and you captured the excitement perfectly! I love how you managed to get the library in the background!
Actually wish I had more of the dancers in the shot!
